Dispute with seller from ApriL

Ordered sofa bed in April. Long dialogue with seller but have still not received it.

I paid for the delivery costs with Paypal.

Today I found out that the sofa bed does not exist - but I am now out of time for a dispute.

What can I do?

1. If you funded your payment with a card contact your card issuer and see if they can help.

2. Trading standards to give advice re small claims court.

3. If it was ebay then leave appropriate feedback to warn other users.
