hello i have been using my account for purchasing some things online but when look at my online banking $38 is gone and the negative account on paypal is only $26 where is this money going and why has it not gone into my negative account. i dont make allot of money and seeing that my negative money hasnt even been evened out is weird even though $38 was removed!!. i need my money back.
