Hello, i paid money (33pounds) to ASOS.com, after that i get message that it was cancelled. But the money was gone from my account, so now i called to paypal, they said i need to deal with my bank, how long its gonna take for them to relise my money, in lloyds bank, they said i need to talk with paypall cause they didint transfer money yes, so how to understand? where is my money?
