I sent £50 to the wrong person.
The transaction is complete.
They won't answer my e-mails about returning it.
I cannot find the button to make a dispute/claim.
Any help would be appreciated.

In that case you sent a 'gift' to someone, you can't file a dispute as you were not buying anything
All you can do is 'ask' if they will refund it but if they don't you can't force them.
Your only hope is if you funded that paypal payment via a card, in that case try a chargeback.

Contact your bank and see if they can help but unfortunately chargebacks are normally successful with credit and not debit cards, but worth a try at least.
