Appeal a closed case

I recently opened a case over some software which I purchased. The software was in beta and I had thought I was buying a finished product.

I raised my concerns with the vendor and asked for refund which they refused.  They also locked me out of their website even though I had paid for 1 years support and did not cancel my subscription yet..

I claimed for not product as described and also mentioned that fact that I now had no access to the goods/services I purchased.

 

I find it hard to believe that I DO NOT have access to the product/service and Paypal still found in favour of the seller.

 

Effectively the seller took my cash and then locked me out before it went to claim.

 

Clearly the Paypal adjudicator did not FULLY read the claim...

 

How in the world am supposed to resolve this error??

At the moment paypal buyer protection does not cover you for digital /intangible / services items.

 

They only cover you for physical / tangible items sent in the post. 


Advice is voluntary.
