Almost two whole weeks,and still no refund

Some days ago(12 days if im not mistaken) i made a post talking about a problem i had with a transaction that got cancelled and the money didnt showed up into my paypal or bank account. I was told that in about a week i should have recieved the refund into my bank account since the money was taken from there...

The issue here is that, it has been more than 7 days(tomorrow two weeks have passed since the transaction), and still nothing,not even a single message or something explaining what happened, i was able to wait for a week,but this is taking too long now, and therefore i ask once again: ¿Will i get a refund or my money just vanished into the void?

When a refund is issued, it does not go to your bank account. Any transactions you want going to your bank account must be initiated by you.

If you paid using your PayPal Account Balance or Bank Account, the refund is credited back to your PayPal Account Balance. Times can vary for many reasons, it can take from 1 day to several days depending on the funding source used by the party doing the refund.

If you paid using a credit card, the refund is credited back to that card. That process can take up to 2 weeks for the credit to appear on your card statement.

If you paid using a prepaid type card, the refund is credited back to that card however, as many cards are not reloadable, you have to contact the card issuer for assistance with getting the credit reapplied to the card.

Indeed i was using a prepaid card,but as far as im concerned it can be reloaded directly at the bank or digital way.

Well,im going to the bank and ask for assistance about the refund to the balance in the prepaid card, let's see what they say about that.
