Yet again another business that makes it incredibility easy to create an account, yet near impossible to close one. Your 'Email' facility is in fact a frequently asked questions database, so please change this.
In the meantime, please inform me as to which 'transaction' is pending that is preventing me from closing this account. To simply say that I cannot close the account because of a pending transaction really does not help much.
You dont even have a message board for cancellations...This just makes me even more angry.
