REFUND NOT POSTED

The vendor says I was issued a refund on 11/29 and it is 12/11 now and it has not hit my Pay Pal account. I have been sent an email with a "screenshot" showing a transaction of a refund approved on 11/29 to me with the last digits of my cc number, but it really does not prove anyting to me, she said to check with my bank....what is my next step, since it has not posted back to Pay Pal, where the original charge is?

Hello alibell and welcome to the Community . 

When a refund is issued the funds will go back the funding source originally used. In your case the funds will go back to the credit card, however keep in mind a refunds back to a credit or debit card can take up to 30 days depending on the card company involved. I would first check your credit card statement, if you still do not see the funds I would advice you to contact the credit card company to see if they can look into it for you.
