I bought a vacuum cleaner from Newegg but they ran out of stock and could not fill the order and refunded $79.99. I did not cancel the order, they did. Paypal says on the transaction details that it was credited, but a credit of only about $45 is in the Paypal account. The money was originally taken from my bank account. Why is my full refund not credited and why was it not returned to the bank?
