I did online order to Walmart on Dec1 using PayPal. Order was to be processed when order was filled.Put money in bank for transfer to PayPal.On Dec.7, I get notice from Walmart that my order was cancelled because they were out of stock.I called Walmart customer service to make sure that the "pending" payment from PayPal would not be taken out. They said that the payment would be cancelled and not withdrawn.I went to bank and withdrew the money to purchase the items that I had ordered and got cancelled on by Walmart. That same day ,PayPal attempted withdrawal and funds were not there because I had been told the payment would not be processed.I called bank,Walmart and filed dispute with PayPal. They supposedly refunded the payment, but once again tried to withdraw it from my bank account again!!!! Now ,I have $55.00 in overdraft charges that should not have occured.I did not get my order,it was cancelled by Walmart, not me.Paypal is the one who tried to withdraw twice, even after being notified of everything and they were refunded by Walmart.PayPal owes me $55.00 in overdraft fees and I am not getting any cooperation from them. I am not happy at all with PayPal and Walmart. Both blame the other.I am ready to file a complaint with both BBB and attorney General's office. This is theft!!!
