I got scamed NEED HELP!

My son was on a website and bought "Virutal Gold" For a game, the just found out that they have'nt been in opporation since 2009 and is a scam, i used my credit card w/o my paypal account, how do i cancel that payment?

 

Edit : The person keeps charging my account over and over, i need HELP paypal i am overdrawn now. i have not recived anything and they keep putting payments on my card.
