I purchased an item through pay pal because it was a new merchant and I wanted to be safe. Didn't like the item and returned it and was told I'd get a refund, which I did. However, that money went into my pay Pal account so I have a balance but I'd rather have it back in my checking account. Is there any way to do that? I've searched through help and can't find any information on that and don't want to open a dispute resolution.
