I recently purchased several items on eBay. I emailed the seller before I made the purchases to ask if I could purchase multiples of the same item & have all the items shipped together and receive a discount for doing so. He wrote back that he would give me a 10% discount for purchasing multiples and having them shipped together however, I have yet to receive a partial refund for the 10% discount.
Should I send a polite email to the seller as a reminder? And how long should I wait from the original payment date to file a claim with PayPal? I also saved all the emails between myself & the seller if it would be helpful to forward them to someone.
