Buyer had wrong address listed in PayPal, and received a refund!!! How do I dispute this?

Now I am out the merchandise, the shipping costs and the payment! The buyer emailed me and informed me that they had been experiencing problems changing their address in PayPal.....a week after I had already mailed the item!! I emailed PayPal explaining the situation, but instead of a reply,the next day,  they went ahead and took the money out of my account and sent it back to the buyer, without even informing me!! The buyer told me that they were having their mail forwarded from their old address, so now they will have my merchandise for free.

 

How do I get my money and or merchandise back?
