Payment Initiated problem, has anyone gotten a real answer from PayPal

I too am now gettigt the Payment Initiated... message on ebay sales.  I have recently sold 3 items.  The first payment was received as expected, but the next two have just gotten the  Payment Initiated on <date> and is being processed by PayPal message. One of those payments has been "processing" for 3 days.  I have made no changes to my email address, bank account, or physical address, or any other excuse PayPal will use to say it was my error.  Is there a human being out there who can give a real answer to the problem, and get me my payments so I can send the items and make everyone happy.
