I received an email from paypal stating that a transaction I made has insufficient funds. But when I checked my paypal account it stated that the transaction was completed. Also when I checked eBay it stated that the item was shipped. So, I am confused. I don't want to put more money in my bank account to cover the supposedly insufficient funds in fear that it will be taken when it is not owed. And I don't want to hold up receiving my item or paying the seller. Since I can't' seem to get a real person except for this forum, I am turning to you. Thank you for your help.
