paypal taking a few more cents than they should on every stinking transaction

I am at the 2.4% + 0.30 per transaction. I am rounding up and Paypal is STILL TAKING MORE FOR FEES THAN THEY SHOULD BE. It's bad enough we get raped on Ebay fees and the normal Paypal fees. Who do I talk talk abot this in law enforcement? This is crap. How much money to do need you greedy b*stards? I would love an explanation. I am sure somebody can spin this that I am wrong.

Example

transaction of $25.18 (2.4% + $0.30) = ($0.60432 + $0.30)=$.90 my math

paypal's math=$0.93

This adds up after 120-160 payments per month every month.

OK, I am really truly an idiot. I worked myself up over this when I had the wrong percentage of 2.4% instead of the true 2.5%. Everything works out. I am sorry for the previous post. I am ticked off about Ebay fees increasing. They are  higher than a few years ago when I finally said I had enough and quit Ebay. Now my company has me selling on Ebay. I wasted my time and everybody's that read my post. I am sorry.
