I just sold an item for 190 and with paypal deduction it came to 185.19. When I went to transfer the money to my bank account it said I can only transfer the balance limit which was 158 and change. So I went through the proccess of getting an unlimited balance along with the email saying I can now transfer unlimited amounts, but when I just went to do it, it still said I can only transfer the 158. What's up?
