Hi - Does my customer have to open a PayPal account in order to pay me with his Credit Card for a one time payment?? -- I am seeing conflicting answers - Thanks !!!!

PayPal does offer the ability to make credit card payments to sellers without opening a PayPal account. In some instances, some purchasers may be required to open an account in order to complete the payment. This is a security process for everyone's protection, acting to ensure that PayPal remains the safest way to pay and be paid online.
