Trouble with Invoice and Payment logos

I would "love" to incorporate my company's logo in our invoice and payment notifications.  I have tried different format types, set the proper resolution size, and the logo is unable to be seen in the templates after I upload it.  Any tips would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you for your feedback.

I would like to get a better sense of what might be going wrong.  Are you getting any error message or is the logo just not showing up when you upload it?

I am having the same issue; tried today to load logo for the first time without success.  Formatted to 67 x 75 pixels and 8kb file size in both jpg and png with same error after repeated tries: "Sorry, we were unable to upload your logo. Please try again."

 

Using IE8.
