I'm looking to provide tutoring services on my site.
My potential clients would need to register/pay for the class or classes by a certain date for a cheaper price, but if they decide to register for the class after the registration date, a fee would be issued.
Is this setup possible with a merchant account with PayPal? Any help or suggestions would be great!
