Small Business Saturday

American Express is hosting Small Business Saturday, Nov. 26, 2011, in order to support small businesses in the US. According to their website and Facebook page, people who register their AmEx cards for the program and shop in small businesses (both real stores and online) and make purchases using their AmEx cards will receive a $25 credit on their next statement.

I'd like to support this, but my question is whether or not my customers will receive the advertized credit if they buy from me, because all my transactions are via PayPal, which is not a small business, exactly, so the transaction that appears on their statement could show they paid money via PayPal rather than directly to me. I don't want to promote Small Business Saturday to my potential customers if it turns out that they won't get the deal I'm telling them about, but American Express has made it next to impossible to ask them a question about this. According to what I've managed to look up online, eBay and PayPal "supported" Small Business Saturday last year, but what that actually meant is not quite as clear. Anybody out there know more details about this? Thanks!
