Sent Money, Customer says NOT RECEIVED???

Hi I made an error during an ebay transaction and had to reinburse the buyer for some additional shipping fees. It would not allow me to do a refund due to the amount being higher than what she had originally paid. So just sent her money directly through the "Send Money" tab. Transaction is showing in my account and funds have been subtracted, but does say "unclaimed" under status. When I click on details from the transaction line and go in to see more information it says "unregistered" I believe it was next to her email address, or toward the top. She wants me to send her cash now, but if the money has already been deducted from my account don't want to double pay her. She is new and unfamiliar with paypal, how do I help her claim her money, is there something she needs to do. Without being on her side and see what she is seeing it is hard for me to guide her through.
Please help, want her to get her money, but also don't want to double pay her as my error already cost me some extra money.
