Scams

A guy wants to buy a vehicle from me and says he's going to ship it out of the country. He says that he will deposit the money in my paypal account but he has to deposit 1000 extra of which he wants me to send to the shippers. Doesn't this sound like a scam?  Will the money he deposits be good or what? When will it be good?

I also had an email about the same.  he deposited 1500 extra but the scam is he wants me to send 1500 western union to this shipping company.  I received an email from paypal saying they will hold my funds until I do this.  It sounded fishy so I called paypal and yes I was right..... ITS a SCAM.... do not do it!!!!
