Receiving money payment methods

When sending a payment request, what type of payment methods are offered to the person that is getting the bill?

They can pay through their Paypal balance, echeck or debit or credit card, depending how their account is set up.

so what if you recieved an email from paypal confirming your buyer sent you money but your paypal account does not show you anything from the buyer? this is what he said to me,

"...The money as been Deductedfrom my PayPal Account ,, but it was Hold by PayPal to Secure Both of use . But once you have get the Money sent to the Shipping Agent andyou have get back to PayPal with the Western union Details .. Your Account will be Credited.."

is he a fauld or what is he trying to say? i don't understand and im new to paypal.

That's a scam, specifically a Nigerian scam.

Stop communicating with him.  There never will be any money.

He'll make threats - ignore them, he won't do anything.
