Personal or Premier Account?

Hi,
I'm starting a low-volume online business where I will be offering a service that typically will cost $100 or less.
I was wondering which PayPal level--personal or premier--would better suit my needs. If I decide to keep the costs lower by requiring that the client use their bank account instead of a credit card, would the personal level suffice? Are there any limits on how much money I can receive each month using the personal level? I'm sure the monthly amount will be small, not more than a few hundred dollars.
One place, PayPal says, "New! Free for sender and recipient in the US when you send using your bank account or PayPal balance."
Elsewhere, PayPal says, "It's always free to send money to friends and family when you use your PayPal balance or bank account. Fees apply only if the sender uses a credit or debit card, or if you receive any payment for goods or services.
So, I assume there will be a fee to me, since I am offering a service. Correct?
Thanks for you help!
Bill

Personal accounts are for sending funds to friends or family members, it is not ment for business use.
You should be using a premier account or business account.
