I have a Buyer / Customer wating to purchase a Item but cannot process her payment through Paypal? She says she has a Paypal Account in England & has Purchased Items before Online with Her Account, I believe the Problem lies with my Paypal Account, How would I set up for International Buyers? I set up currency Converter & International Shipping for her Order, but what else should I do ? In the meantime her Purchase / Order is being delayed. I would hate to lose the Sale. Any help would be appreciated!
