Payment problem(first time happened)

It's been 7 days but i still didn't get the money to my bank account.This is the first time that happens in the last few years.

I sent e-mails to paypal but they always say the same things.

 

And also in my country,there are alot of people have the same problem since last week.

 

Can you please tell me a good reason for this?

This is a not only my problem.

Many of my friends have the same problem.

The problem is that the ''Payment Status'' is completed but the money did not arrive to our bank accounts.It's been more than 7 days.

 

Can someone from PAYPAL  please write something here to solve our problem?

Did you call customer service yet?  So you can speak to someone from PAYPAL

I sent mail to them.2 guys answered separately.They both said the same things.''Wait for 14 days then we will investigate bla bla bla...''
