Hi everyone,
I am new to selling here. I just created my account and verified it. I sold some items to someone. They said they have made the payment and it has been deducted from their account (and they used the right email address) Also i have NOT received a conformation email. But my account shows no such payment received. I am not sure what to do, PLEASE HELP!
