We have been with Ebay/PayPal for eight years........ They keep holding our money after a year of dealing with there BS!
They told us we had to meet certain requirements in order to keep the payment hold off of our account, so we finally met there "REQUIREMENTS" they told the hold off of our paypal account FOR ONE DAY and then put the hold back on, stating that there was a dispute opened on our account. Well a seller didn't send us our item and after 2 WEEKS I finally opened an account. We got our money back but come to find out that ANYTIME a dispute is opened under your account, PAYPAL DOESN'T KNOW IF THE BUYER OR THE SELLER opened the dispute........... SO THEY PUT A HOLD ON OUR ACCOUNT AGAIN! We are done and I'm contacting the BBB and telling them about this!
SO BEWARE OF PAYPAL AND EBAY HOLDING YOUR FUNDS IF YOU ARE A SELLER!
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SO RUDE ALSO!!!!!
