NEED HELP CONFIRMING BANK ACCT ???????????????

trying to confirm bank acct.   My bank shows the required 2 deposits made by paypal however both deposits are $1.00

the box to enter the deposit amounts will only allow amounts under $1.   it has to be 2 digits............

I'm stumped.  Was just on phone holding for 10 min. I have sent an email for help and I have gotten no one to speak to me.

I have a substantial amt of funds in paypal acct that I can't get too. 

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP
