I just bought a Canadian business, moved it to the USA, so I set up a US Paypal account, my question is...Is there a way to migrate the existing rebilling subscriptions from the canadian account to the US account so that the canadian account can be closed?

Tattoodles,
Congratulations on your purchase! Converting a business, especially across international borders, can be a challenging endeavor. While there isn't a functionality to switch ownership of a billing agreement, there are a few options to work with your business.
First, you could simply require all customers to sign up for billing again - while this is an inconvenience for the customer, it would be the simplest conversion in terms of new agreements.
Optionally, you could maintain the Canadian account and either withdraw funds from that account to a bank (Canadian accounts can add a US bank account) or even send the funds over to your US account. However, you would stand to lose some funds to fees when sending funds from PayPal account to PayPal account. Maintaining a Canadian based account may also have legal or tax implications; you may want to check with a business or tax specialist in your region for potential issues that could arise from use of this option.
Thanks!
Adrian
