IPN continue to be sent

I have to send to PayPal Request Header, Response Header has received.

But, many times sent same IPN from PayPal.

Probably the post-back you are sending has a problem. so paypal will continue to send the IPNs for  some period of time.

I have same issue. I receive an IPN, and I send a post-back. But the response to my post-back is something like:  HTTP ::Response =HASH(.....),  instead of 'Valid' or 'Denied'.  So it appears that PayPal does not like my post-back, even though I'm following their instructions ( and code sample).    So I continue to get IPN messages for that order.
