I am working with a company that will only pay me through PP. I set up a personal account and gave the company the ID number paypal gave me. Is that all I need to do? Do I still need to give PP my bank account information and if so, does the money go directly into my bank account?
You'll need to upgrade your paypal account to business or premier to receive payments and you will need to verify your identity by putting your bank information on file.
Then, if and when payments arrive, you'll be able to download the money to your bank account using the "withdraw" tab.
What kind of online jobs are these? There are some really masty scams out there, some that can wind up sending you to jail - I'd like to make sure that you haven't been lured into one.
