Some guy sent me a payment for a phone that I had listed on ebay. Turns out he lives in Nigeria. uh, scam? and I cant issue a refund until I get a tracking number for the shipment. I didn't know they live in Nigeria until after he sent the payment. Someone please help me. I told him to check out through ebay and he went and sent me a payment of $350 through paypal. I need out of this. Please help me.
