Help with a Transaction and getting payment

I recently sold my PSP, and I have been paid, I got an email saying that I got payed, and then another one saying the to receive the funds I would need to give the tracking number, so I did.

So I mailed the item out, and I then I get this after emailing customer support with the tracking number, and I get another email saying I now have to wait for final verification

Okay great.  So now it's been 48 hours since I received the second email, but I have yet to see any progress in me getting my money, I can't even see it anywhere on my own paypal account on hold or anything, it tells me there is absolutely nothing there, which makes no sense, because I also got an email saying I got the money and everything, so shouldn't I be able to see it at least?  Or shouldn't I even have it by now?  Or does final verification mean when they sign off for the package?

Then it tells me that I received a payment of 250, gives me details about postage and package,

So what am I doing wrong paypal forums?

and I know it's the right email because I have just recently signed up for the paypal account.

 Hate to tell you this, but you got scammed.

That wasn't a Paypal email you received, it was a fake.

You might be able to get the package recalled if you go to the Post Office IMMEDIATELY and have them recall the package, but it's a longshot.
