I am going to try again, I have posted questions but have not received any replies. Is there any way of reaching PayPal, since none of their Links for, " Contact Us" work.
I have tried FAQ none of which fit my problem. I am hard of hearing and can not call direct with equiptment I have. And I can not find a working email where I can talk to a human being.
My problems are that (1) I need to know what my PayPal Email is, to give to some one so they can pay in to my account.
(2) I am having trouble getting my old debit card deleted and changed to my new one.
(3) I can not remove my old HOME Address and replace it with my new one.
I have tried to do so in My Profile, but it will not do so until I prove who I am, and the ways it requests I can not follow.
