Hi!
I am collecting dues for a Meetup.com group that I admin. The cost of the membership is $5/year and they have been directed to pay into my account, in order to collect all of the dues and then I will pay Meetup.com through Paypal.
My issue is that people are paying me $5 and I am only receiving $4.55. I am guessing that I am being charged as if I were a seller and they were a buyer?
Is there a way to dispute this charge in order to recoup the losses?
I imagine that the members are choosing the WRONG option when they are "paying" me as well. What should they be choosing as the option for WHAT the money is going to be used for?
