I just finished a transaction with someone in the US (I'm in Canada), and Paypal is saying they balance coming to me is 640 CND, while the US balance after Paypal fees came to $649 US. Today's exchange rate says it should come to $661 CND. Where did $20 go???
If someone could help me with this I would appreciate it. Thanks!
