The ability to send multiple invoices at a time was removed with the new Invoicing platform. We're sorry for the inconvencience this has caused you or your business. We're looking into adding it back but at this time the best we can do is offer up a couple of suggestions.

1. Use the new “copy” feature or create a template.

2. Send a Request Money. Multiple invoicing still works for Request money.

I have a single product and am trying to market it both (1) directly to consumers using a PayPal Buy Now button on our website and also (2) to brick & mortar retailers. To keep method (1) simple, there is a fixed shipping charge (postage for one unit) regardless of the quantity. 

My question regards my wholesale sales of type (2). There will be several tiers of quantity discounts and variable shipping charges (for low quantities), and I want to be able to invoice customers accordingly and have them pay me via PayPal (or credit cards processed by PayPal), as my online end-user customers do with the Buy Now button. And of course I want to do it cheaply. I had planned to just email invoices under my own letterhead and ask these retailers to pay via PayPal into my business's PayPal account, and provide me with a PayPal receipt number or confirmation number so that I can verify payment before shipping the wholesale order. Does that make sense, or is there a simpler way already set up?

I'd like to be able to discount individual line items to show original price and then discounted price.  The end total would show savings and total discounted price.

The ability to add discounts to an Invoice will be available when we roll out several changes to the Invoicing platform sometime this year,

I've created invoices but am confused. According to the instructions after you complete the request money area you are given choices to request money or send an invoice. The send invoice option was not there. What to do to correct this?

I'm having the same problem. The "send invoice" option isn't there. I'm very frustrated.

Where is the "send invoice" button so I can send a saved invoice?

Would like to more reporting options, to report sales and status against Paypal invoices.

Current I have to go to my email system and do a search on "receipt for your invoice". Then click on  "To modify or cancel" hyperlink and login to find out what this Paypal invoice was about. Or I need to use Download History to download to excel, sort  on "Type" and look for "Payment received". Both are cumbersome methods. Would be lot nicer if there was a report we could run on demand for Paypal invoice sales and status.

The ability to add custom HTML to the note field would be handy.  Then we could put links in if necessary
