Hello. In the create invoice, it allows you to insert a logo or image. It has a prompt to "browse" I gather for the image or logo. When I click on it, nothing happens. It takes me no where.
Help.

@engine1
Clicking the Browse button should open a Windows/OSX box for you to you to navigate and select a logo image. Could you try with a different browser. Another workaround you could try would be to add it from the Invoice Settings/ Invoice Logo page.
Hope this helps,
Dinesh

Is there a way for me to send an invoice template to a group of email address? Right now, the only was that I can see to send mass requests, is to just use the request money feature, and not a saved template. Am I missing something ?

I love the invoicing feature but the #1 (and only) request I have for my business is the ability for the recipient to add on a tip. I typically have a number of rather large invoices and find myself placing a great preference in taking payment by check or through my other credit card authorizer (which I use for manual swipes at my storefront). Part of my business is in the service industry and I would love to be able to have the ability to turn on a tip option that customers can, if they choose to, add an additional dollar amount or percentage on to the total invoice. I mean, if I have a $1000 invoice, the fact that I might lose out on a 10% tip because there is no option kind of makes it an easy decision for me to use another option for my larger invoices. People only think about tipping when they are actually paying, they just don't remember to pay a PP invoice, then send in cash or check (or ask for a higher invoice).
So, my feature request is a tip option/feature.

I agree 100%!!! I generally get paid the balance in cash. But, sometimes they request the final payment via PayPal and they want to add a tip and they cannot. I loose money as well. Thank you for posting. PLEASE ADD A TIP OPTION!!!

Dinesh,
I am reporting another bug in the invoicing application. There is some sort of email bug. When I use the request money application, I receive an email that I requested money. When I use the invoice application, I get an email failure note that says the invoice feature failed when sending an acknowledgement note to my email address. Both applications are using the same profile so they use the same email address but the invoicing app failes to send me an acknowledgement 100% of the time but the Request Money app always works.
I also recently sent an invoice to someone at my same domain (internal work address) and the invoice bounced back. I then used the exact same email address (copy/pasted from the same cell in my accounting master worksheet) and used the Request Money option and it worked fine.
I can send you these email failures and successes if you want to look into this.
I do have to ask if any users were consulted and and how much application testing was done in advance of rolling out the Invoicing application? Some of the new features such as useful filtering look very promising but at the present time, the bugs, lack of support for sending the same invoice to multiple addresses and apparent lack of priority for fixing reported bugs make it very hard to use the Invoicing application. When we do report bugs, Dinesh sends a very polite acknowledgement but so far, we have not heard anything more about these issues -at least none that I have reported.
The Invoicing app has the potential to make PayPal even more useful so I am concerned about why there seems to be very little work being done to address the issues that are being reported. If work is being done, it would be helpful to let us know.
thanks!

Hi, Muskose,
According to Dinesh, this is a "feature" and is "working as expected". After all, it's not their fault that you can't actually expect to have an invoice delivered to your customers through their service.
PayPal is forging the sender in the invoices you send, so don't rely on any of your clients/customers receiving them. I've contacted them multiple times (see my previous messages in this thread), but they sincerely believe that what they're doing is the right way, even though it violates their own email authentication policy claims.

We are having trouble with the date field on the invoice on the line with the price of the item. No matter what date we put in, the invoice sent to the customer shows it one day earlier. Our copy shows the right date. This is important because it has to do with the date of a tour.

@mhender688
Are you still seeing this issue?
Is the recipient in another country with a different timezone?
If possible, please forward the emails showing the correct date and the incorrect date to us at invoicing-feedback at paypal.com,
thanks,
Dinesh
