Do I mail this item or not???

I just sold a item on Etsy. The person is eligible for seller protection, has a confirmed shipping address but beside her name it says that the (sender of this payment is unverified). I am so confused!!! Do I just trust that because she is eligible for seller protection and has a confirmed address that's alright to send the item? I have emailed her to see if she responds but can anyone tell me is it alright to mail it?

"Verified" doesn't mean that the buyer isn't valid, only that they have more strict limits in payments. Here's a better description:
