Has anyone's customers not been able to complete their transactions lately? I've sent out three payment requests in the past two weeks, and when they put in credit card info nothing happens. Transaction just gets dropped, but they think it went through. It's becoming a pattern and a real problem. Anyone?
I HAVE A SIMILAR PROBLEM when I change credit cards to a smaller balance card and cancelled my high balance card the trouble began 10 attemps to verify a on line verifide card from my bank failed I regesterd my bank acc. and was verifide in 3 days . called my bank and they verifide the activity by paypal but said no other info came thru save for the word test. tryed to make a perchase in a bid but lost out becaus paypal took longer than 8 days to verfiy an acc. crsdit card that was alredy paypal verifide by my bank
