I have been selling for over 12 years using ebay and paypal. Within the past year I made it to bronze power seller level then back down because of what appears to be too many low "Item not as described" . I am at 4 low ratings at 1.5%. Appearently a 99.6% feedback rating with one neutral and one negative in the past 12 months is enough to start doing "holds" on payments.
At least pay interest for interest you are making on our money.
