Sometimes I receive a payment from someone and they forget to include addtional info like "please ship to this different address", so they email me. I'd like to be able to modify a "payment received" in Paypal by entering info in a note box.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
