Internet says I have Charset wrong. I am using Expression Web 4. I have my site setting set to UTF-8, my paypal buttons set to UTF-8, and my Meta tag as UTF-8. Still getting this error. I suspect the charset has nothing to do with it.
This is the code paypal generated for the button:
<form action="https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr" method="post" target="_top">
<input type="hidden" name="cmd" value="_s-xclick">
<input type="hidden" name="hosted_button_id" value="VAXZJ2Y3GL38W">
<input type="image" src="https://www.paypalobjects.com/en_US/i/btn/btn_buynowCC_LG.gif" border="0" name="submit" alt="PayPal - The safer, easier way to pay online!">
<img alt="" border="0" src="https://www.paypalobjects.com/en_US/i/scr/pixel.gif" width="1" height="1">
</form>
This is the website where the button is:

What is missing?
Thanks,
