What api method i can use?

Hello!

I want to make an app where my users will be able to transfer money from their PayPal wallet to their friend's PayPal wallet. But my application should receive an notification that this transaction has completed. Could you tell me which api method I can use?

You could  use the Payouts API to move money between two PayPal accounts outside of checkout integrations:
