Webhook get payer email

Hi i have two  is  response in sandbox webhook :

1)CHECKOUT.ORDER.APPROVED (with payer email )

2)PAYMENT.CAPTURE.COMPLETED (without payer email)

Can i consider the first notification as payment ? if not how can i get payer email by second notification​?

Did you solve your problem ? I have the same issue using the webhooks and not receiving the payer information with the event Payment Completed.
