Starting April 15 webhook event "Payment capture refunded" has not being sent by PayPal to my server.
Are there any updates?
Previously it worked properly.

I H.A.T.E PayPal!!!
They just replaced the webhook and its format with the new one "PAYMENT.SALE.REFUNDED"
No notification, no announce. The just ruin merchant's system, and do whatever the like.
I dream of the day my company migrate from PayPal to the other system.

I am experiencing the same issue all of a sudden, they are now flooding in as PAYMENT.CAPTURE.REFUNDED which we had going to a different endpoint.
