Unable to get confirm payment page from approval_url in Sandbox

I am getting the following error message when redirecting to approval_url from node server in Sandbox mode:

"We're sorry, but to check out using PayPal, you need to turn on JavaScript and enable cookies in your web browser's settings."

I am getting the error in chrome and in mobile app too.

Please help
